Technical Computing Bratislava 2014 Proceedings

This copy contains 16 selected scientific papers presented at the Technical Computing Bratislava extended to the upgraded versions. Authors are mainly contributing to the automation and control area based on the real systems. Every paper was firstly simulated at least in one of the software environment MATLAB® Simulink®, COMSOL Multiphysics® or dSPACE. MATLAB® is a general-purpose computing, data analysis and visualization environment by MathWorks®. Simulink® is an environment for multidomain simulation and Model-Based Design for dynamic and embedded systems. COMSOL Multiphysics® is a general-purpose software platform, based on advanced numerical methods, for modeling and simulating physics-based problems. dSPACE systems offer solutions for automotive engineering, aerospace, and industrial control.

Tatiana Mudráková and Michal Blaho achieved Ph.D. in Automation at STU FEI in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Petr Byron achieved M.Sc. at CTU EE in Prague, Czech Republic, part owner of the HUMUSOFT Company. All editors possess considerable skills in the software environments MATLAB Simulink, COMSOL Multiphysics and dSPACE.
